Can I speak to Pockit on behalf of the account holder?

In order to speak on behalf of a Pockit account holder, you will need to hold Power of attorney or a deputyship order.


In order to verify this information we would require the power of attorney/deputyship order to be sent to us at help@pockit.com accompanied by ID for the signed authority and the customer in question.


We will also require a proof of address document for the customer in question.
