How do I inform Pockit of a bereavement

We’re sorry to hear about your loss


We understand that this is an upsetting time for all parties involved, please see below how to reach out to Pockit and inform us of a deceased customer:

 

Please email help@pockit.com directly stating the reason for contact and your relationship with the deceased

We will require certain documentation in order to successfully complete the process, this is as follow:

  • The full death certificate

 

  • Will/ Grant of probate (if applicable)

 

  • Photo ID and proof of address of the informant/next of kin (please see below documents that we are able to accept)

 

  • The relevant Pockit account details
