How do I inform Pockit of a bereavement?

We’re sorry to hear about your loss. We understand that this is an upsetting time for all parties involved.
To inform Pockit of a bereavement, you can send an email to help@pockit.com. When doing so, please mention the reason for contact and your relationship with the deceased person.
A few documents are required in order for us to complete the process, including:
A full death certificate
Will / Grant of probate (if applicable)
Photo ID and proof of address of the informant/next of kin (please see below documents that we are able to accept)
The relevant Pockit account details
