How can I reset my phone number to log in?

Have you recently changed your number and cannot access your Pockit account? This means you’ll need to reset your phone number with your Pockit account. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you are still logged into your Pockit account or not:


Option 1: If you’re still logged into your Pockit account via the web or another device:

Simply log in to your Pockit account on any other of your trusted devices and update your phone number. 

For example, you're trying to sign in to your account via the Pockit app and you're also signed in to your web account; use the web account to update your phone number and try signing into your Pockit app again.

If you don't have access to your other trusted devices you will need to reset your phone number. 


Option 2: If you’re unable to log int, you’ll need to reset your phone number, by doing:

  1. Click here to start the process

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. Enter your previous phone number

  4. We'll send you an email to confirm you are who you say you are

  5. Click on the link in the email

  6. Enter your security answer

  7. Enter your date of birth

  8. Enter your Pockit's card token. (9 digit reference number from your card) See how to find it

  9. Enter your new phone number and confirm it by entering an SMS code we send you
