1. I haven't received my transfer yet, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your bank transfer yet, there can be a few different reasons why this may have happened:
The funds have been sent to the wrong details (Please double-check this information with the sender)
You don’t have an active card
Your account is currently limited
Delays in the transferring process due to both internal and external processes
Type of payment sent - Certain transactions such as winnings & refunds are not processed directly by Pockit but the sender
Transfers from another individual account typically should be credited to your account within a few hours, if this timeframe has expired and none of the above reasons apply please contact us via the chat function or by sending an email.
